I am making a super easy, gut-restoring, gelatin gummy with grape juice and mixed berries. These are tasty and super healthy for you! I like to have juices on hand for different flavors and combinations. Depending on what season, you can incorporate seasonal fruits and veg.
Spring Gummies:

๐ Grape Juice with Mixed Berries
Summer Gummies:
๐ Pineapple juice and Coconut Cream
๐ Adrenal Cocktail Gummy (Orange Juice, Coconut Water, Raw milk with salt)

When you think of jello dishes, this typical 1950s dinner jello type of dish may come to mind…or jello shots haha. While gelatin has been around for a while, how we eat it has changed.
I know this trapped cold dinner, as appetizing as it looks, is not popular anymore, (haha) but that doesn’t mean we should avoid gelatin.

Super Easy Process for Making Gut-Restoring Gelatin Gummies

Step 1: Pour the juice or desired liquid into a pot
Step 2: Add gelatin to juice and let it ‘bloom’ until it thickens

Step 3: Once it is ready, put the pot over low heat until it becomes liquid again
Step 4: Add any additions, like fruit, to the warm juice and gelatin

- Organic Frozen Berries
Instructions
- Pour the juice or desired liquid into a pot
- Add gelatin to juice and let it 'bloom' until it thickens
- Once it is ready, put the pot over low heat until it becomes liquid again
- Add any additions, like fruit to the warm juice and gelatin
- Pour mixed ingredients into a mold, or glass container with a lid
- Place it in the fridge and let it set overnight
